Rekawa Beach was a short 5 minute walk from our hotel, Buckingham Place, the beach was absolutley undeveloped, deserted, and beautiful.  Part of the lack of development is probably due to the fact the ocean currents are too strong for swimming.  Strong currents were fine with us, we weren't there to swim but to watch turtles lay eggs and to enjoy the magnificent sunsets.  We even caught a beautiful rainbow as dusk settled in.
