Another cool experience was having lunch on our own private beach. Its hard to describe the peaceful quiet around the islands. No sounds other than the gentle waves on the shore. Such a great memory.
Later in the afternoon Kingsley and I went Kayaking to explore some of the islands.
According to Bobby our cheerful guide, the rudder on our kayak was "not broken, just not working" which lead to some interesting "discussions" between Kingsley and I about who was in charge of steering and how exactly it should be done. There may have also been a paddle strike...or two...that occurred in the midst of our "discussions" but this was only to prove to the other party that her paddle technique was not the cause of the steering complications. Probably not our finest hour...but we survived! We did get to explore a cave and also saw a few fishing boats along the way. Got a great photo of two young boys fishing at dusk. But for me the best part was making it back to the boat alive and still on speaking terms with each other!
