We just spent the last two weeks exploring Vietnam over the Holidays. I have lots of blogging to catch up on to share about all of our adventures.
Our first stop in Vietnam was Halong Bay which is about 4 hours drive from Hanoi in Northern Vietnam. Being the travel agent in the family, I arranged for Kingsley and I to be on a Junk boat sailing around Halong Bay for a few days over Chirstmas.
Our boat the Prince Junk. There were a total of 6 passengers and 8 crew members.
Nicest bathroom I have ever seen on a boat!

This is where we had dinner every night. Dinners were typically 7 or 8 courses of the most amazing seafood and Vietnamese food.

Breakfast was served on the top deck. We were served a typical American bfast of eggs and bacon followed by a Vietnamese bfast of Pho noodles.

There are thousands of these beautiful small limestone islands in Halong Bay.
